Tomorrow we welcome Danny Lennon’s Clyde to Ainslie Park for a Ladbrokes League 2 clash.
Clyde have started in decent form this season, sitting in fourth place in the league prior to kick off, with a record of six wins and four defeats from their ten games. Given the squad at Clyde’s disposal it is likely that they will be looking to get their promotion push back on track tomorrow, having lost their most recent match 3-2 to fellow promotion contenders Peterhead.
City will wear their home colours with black shorts and white socks, Clyde are scheduled to wear all red.
Admission prices for tomorrow’s match will be £12 for adults,£6 concessions with under 12s free; as always a cash gate will be open at Ainslie Park.
It’s case of some good and some not so good this week, as Danny Handling is ruled out, joining Josh Walker, Keiran Stewart and John Dunn on the sidelines, however Brad Donaldson returns to the squad. Mark Laird is doubtful but will hopefully make it in time.
Tomorrow’s match is kindly sponsored by Quest Corporate, a Corporate Finance Boutique based in Edinburgh. Whether you are planning to expand, acquire or sell or simply want to know what your options are Quest will take an innovative approach and will work to find the right way forward. Our most recent meeting with Clyde ended in a 2-0 victory for the Citizens at Broadwood back in August. Goals from Scott Shepherd and Blair Henderson in the second half of the match capped a fine team performance and we will be hoping to replicate that tomorrow.
