Edinburgh City FC is delighted to confirm the signing of Callum Crane from Premiership side Livingston ahead of the 2019/2020 campaign.

Left-sided player Crane began his career with Hibernian, progressing through their academy to the first team. Successful loan spells followed with Berwick Rangers and Alloa Athletic – being named in the League One TOTY at left-back for 2017/2018 – Callum signed for Livingston in 2018. Last season saw the versatile wide-man on loan at Raith Rovers, taking the number 3 shirt and fighting for promotion in the Championship Play-Offs against Queen of the South at the end of the season.

The new arrival commented: “I’m delighted to sign for Edinburgh city, it’s the perfect move for me at this time and can’t wait to get started with all the boys.”

A player well-known to manager James McDonaugh, who commented: “Callum is an excellent addition to the group of players that we have assembled. I firmly believe he is capable of playing at a higher level and cannot wait to work with him again.”

Welcome, Callum!
