Edinburgh City FC is delighted to have agreed an extension to our long-running partnership with Freak Films.
The award-winning Edinburgh-based film and production company have been a part of the club’s journey in the SPFL since promotion was achieved back in season 2016, and it is a great credit to the partnership that it has been extended to the end of season 2019/20.
Freak Films’ brand will once again be displayed across the shoulders of the club’s brand-new range of Macron kits, due for release imminently.
Edinburgh City’s Commercial Director Calum Smith commented: “As a club, we pride ourselves in forming positive relationships with all our stakeholders, supporters, fans and partners and it’s a great testament to our working relationship that Freak Films have chosen to commit to another year of their sponsorship with us.”
“Hamish, Claire and all the team at Freak Films have been wonderful supporters of the club and we are determined to repay their faith in us by continuing to work hard to provide the best platform to promote their brand over the course of the new season.”
On the extended deal, CEO and Creative Director of Freak Films, Hamish Allison said: “We have always seen Edinburgh City as a great Club with huge potential. Having been part of the journey up into the Football League we are excited about continuing that journey over the coming seasons.”
Freak Films are based at The Shore in Leith; to find out more about the company and to see their incredible work visit www.freak-films.com.
