| City Seek SFL Membership |

Edinburgh City Football Club is pleased to confirm that they will be seeking to join the Scottish Football League following Gretna's resignation. Club Chairman Andy McDonald said, “We are excited by the opportunity to return Edinburgh City to the Scottish Football League. We believe that the combination of a well established development structure and the facilities available at Meadowbank offer a very strong base to build on if we are successful in our application. We firmly believe that as a community focused club, Edinburgh City can succeed in the SFL.” |

| Pre-Season Friendlies Announced |

City will start their pre-season programme
with a game against Cowdenbeath in Edinburgh on Saturday, 5th July.
With Meadowbank unavailable because of maintenance work the venue is
still to be confirmed. The following weekend Arbroath visit Meadowbank Stadium for the first time in nearly 13 years. |
